Challenge

The doctor’s office required equipment and infrastructure to support a paperless, electronic medical-records system. Lacking in-house IT expertise, they were in need of a dedicated agent to implement a HIPAA-compliant EMR environment.

Solution

After designing an appropriate and secure solution, we worked closely with third-party vendors during the implementation and training stages.

Physicians at the office were able to leverage an EMR system without the additional costs associated with having full-time, in-house IT personnel. The solution saved storage space, allowed for efficient collaboration between doctors, and helped to keep patients’ data safe. The system’s seamless integration with insurance companies and pharmacies gave doctors an opportunity to spend more time on what’s important – their patients.
