Staff changes at SPINEN
James Norvell, our VP of Infrastructure, will be leaving SPINEN at the end of September to take on a new role. His departure will be felt by all of us who consider him both a colleague and a friend.
James has played an integral part in growing SPINEN both as a company and as one of the leading Infrastructure providers in Middle Georgia. He’s helped to evolve the department from a handful of technicians to a full-fledged IT service firm staffed with some of the most talented and dedicated folks in the area. Thanks to James’s leadership, passion for technology and commitment to our clients, SPINEN has never been in a better position to continue to grow and thrive. We have also never had such an amazing group of clients, most of whom have been with us for many years. Like James, we are proud of the team we’ve built over the years and can’t wait for you to get to know each one of them even more.
As for the new gig, James has accepted a Service Delivery position with an international organization that provides distribution, technology, and payment solutions to the global travel and tourism industry. He looks forward to taking the knowledge and skills he’s developed working with small- and medium-sized businesses in Middle Georgia and applying them on a global scale. James and his family are relocating to Atlanta and his last day with SPINEN is September 21st. James has our full support as he begins this new, exciting chapter.
I have the utmost confidence that our team of technicians, account executives, project managers and support specialists will continue to provide our clients with the customer service they’ve come to expect from SPINEN. We will undoubtedly go through some rough patches, so we have taken steps to ensure our clients have additional channels to voice concerns and give us the opportunity to right any wrongs.
Other than that, nothing changes. Our clients will continue to be our number one priority. It is a privilege to serve our local businesses, and we are thrilled for what’s to come.
