    Lee McCarley serves as Chief Financial Officer at Spinen, bringing 25 years of experience to his role overseeing company success. His responsibilities include finance, workforce management, and compliance, ensuring the internal foundation of the company remains steady and strong.

    A graduate of the University of Alabama, Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Library and Information Science. His career has been defined by thoughtful leadership and operational discipline, qualities that support Spinen’s long-term stability and growth.

    Lee describes his role through a simple analogy: while Spinen’s CEO steers the ship toward the horizon, he works below deck to keep the engine running smoothly and the crew supported. That perspective reflects his focus on creating a healthy, well-run organization where team members can do their best work.

    Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Lee is motivated by helping the people around him succeed and ensuring Spinen remains a place where talented professionals want to build their careers.

    Customer Success Manager

    Anna Vatagina serves as Customer Success Manager at Spinen and is a member of the company’s Operations and Executive Leadership teams. A Mercer University graduate with degrees in Business Management and Psychology, she also holds an MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration. She began her career at Spinen as an intern nearly ten years ago and has grown alongside the company ever since.

    Over the years, Anna has held roles spanning intake, procurement and renewals, project management, operations, and EOS integration. That experience gives her a full understanding of how Spinen runs, from sales to support. Today, she works directly with clients to align IT strategy with business goals, lead Strategic Business Reviews, coordinate internal execution, and ensure every commitment stays on track.

    Anna enjoys building long-term, trusted relationships and helping clients feel confident in their technology decisions. A Leadership Macon alumna, she values strengthening both the businesses Spinen serves and the community they share.

    A Macon native, Josh Wilson brings six years of experience to his role as Sales Executive at Spinen. He holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Georgia College & State University and a Master of Business & Technology from the University of Georgia, a background that allows him to approach technology conversations with both technical fluency and business clarity.

    At Spinen, Josh leads business development efforts, working directly with company leaders to understand how their operations run and where technology is either supporting or slowing that momentum. He enjoys meeting new people, learning how different businesses function, and identifying the practical adjustments that help organizations move forward with greater confidence.

    Josh is a Leadership Macon alumnus and serves on the board of Bragg Jam. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and investing in the relationships that matter most to him.

    Originally from Leesburg, GA, Danny has worked in the IT industry for six years and is currently pursuing his degree in IT and IT Management at Western Governors’ University.

    As a Solutions Manager, Danny leads a team of technicians who keep our clients’ technology running smoothly. Making sure that the IT solutions that we deliver are reliable and practical, Danny’s role is all about supporting his team, improving our services, and ensuring that our clients have tech they can trust.

    Of his work at Spinen, Danny says “I love that every day is different. I get to work with a wide variety of IT solutions and am constantly learning as the IT world evolves. I also get to build great relationships, and I get to support my team and help them grow, all while connecting with our clients and helping to solve their challenges.”

    Outside of work, Danny enjoys golf, travel, and creative endeavors like playing guitar, photography, and cooking. He is always looking for new experiences to enjoy while spending time with his family.

    Destini Johnson serves as Workforce Manager at Spinen, where she focuses on strengthening the team that supports every client relationship. A graduate of Middle Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology, she also holds an Associate credential in Professional Human Resources and is a member of both the Middle Georgia SHRM chapter and the National SHRM organization.

    With four years of experience, Destini plays a key role in workforce planning, team development, and organizational alignment. She is passionate about connecting people with opportunities where they can grow and succeed. By learning what motivates each team member and understanding their individual strengths, she helps align talent with the right path inside the company.

    Destini values contributing to a workplace culture where people feel supported, challenged, and positioned to thrive.

    Mitch Nutt serves as a Customer Success Manager at Spinen, bringing 14 years of experience and a rare blend of technical depth and relational focus to his role. A Mercer University graduate with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance, Mitch began his career at Spinen as a Tier 1 technician and steadily advanced through Tier 2, Team Lead, Service Manager, Solutions Manager, and now CSM.

    Today, Mitch acts as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding quotes, service concerns, strategic planning conversations, and long-term IT alignment. He supports compliance initiatives such as CMMC, WISP, and cyber insurance documentation, translates sales into actionable projects, and collaborates closely with internal leadership to ensure every recommendation fits the client’s goals. He also earned his Microsoft MCSA certification in Windows Server in 2019.

    Mitch values consistent, in-person relationships and takes pride in helping clients grow with clarity and confidence. He enjoys composing music, woodworking, astrophotography, and investing in his twin boys through leadership with Trail Life USA.

    Matt Wallace serves as a Solutions Manager at Spinen, bringing six years of managed services experience and deep technical expertise to his leadership role. A Business major at Southern Crescent Technical College, Matt has extensive hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, enterprise networking, and secure infrastructure management.

    Matt leads a pod-based technical team dedicated to supporting clients across key industries. He oversees service delivery, monitors performance metrics, and ensures service levels are consistently met. From architecting SharePoint environments and PBX call flows to improving server and network infrastructure, he plays an active role in both strategic design and technical escalation.

    Beyond operations, Matt is committed to developing strong teams. He mentors technicians, fosters collaboration, and works closely with leadership to ensure ongoing skills growth and service excellence.

    Originally from Milner, Georgia, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and children, tackling home improvement projects, and exploring creative builds through 3D printing. He is also a graduate of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, Class of 2018.

    Randell Ray serves as a Customer Success Manager at Spinen, bringing a decade of experience to his work with clients. A Communications graduate from Reinhardt University, Randell focuses on leading client engagement and ensuring long-term satisfaction and measurable results.

    In his role, Randell builds strong relationships with business leaders, taking time to understand their goals and helping them gain real value from their technology investment. He works closely with clients to sharpen their focus, fine-tune their approach, and use automation and strategic IT planning to support sustainable growth. His priority is steady alignment between business objectives and the technology that supports them.

    Randell values meaningful relationships in every area of life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, whether fishing, exploring trails, or simply enjoying fresh air. That relational mindset carries directly into the way he partners with clients, bringing consistency, clarity, and confidence to every engagement.

    Craig Sposito serves as a Network Administrator at Spinen, bringing 20 years of experience to Spinen’s technical leadership and pod structure. A graduate of Central Georgia Technical College with an Associate degree in Windows Networking Specialist, Craig has built his career around deep infrastructure expertise and disciplined network management.

    As a senior technician within his pod, Craig provides advanced technical support and contributes seasoned insight to the leadership team. His background includes extensive experience with enterprise networking and server environments, supported by past certifications such as CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in Windows Server.

    Craig enjoys working with new and evolving technologies and values the constant learning that comes with the IT field. Originally from Tennessee, he brings steady experience and practical knowledge to every environment he supports, helping ensure stability, performance, and thoughtful execution across client networks.

    David Knight serves as a Solutions Manager at Spinen, where he leads one of the company’s dedicated pods and brings more than 13 years of experience to the team. A graduate of Middle Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, David began his career at Spinen and has grown alongside the organization.

    In his role, David manages service delivery within his pod, oversees projects, and acts as a primary point of escalation for complex technical issues. He works closely with clients to plan new initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure each project is executed with clarity and accountability. His hands-on leadership helps maintain stability while positioning clients for long-term success.

    David enjoys mentoring team members and serving as a steady resource when challenges arise. He values the camaraderie within his pod and credits his team as a daily source of motivation.

    Outside of work, he participates in a local bowling league and enjoys investing time in his community.
