Your People Have More to Give. AI Can Help Them Give It.
AI Agent Services
Your team is capable. The question is: how much of their day actually requires that capability, and how much of it disappears into work that a well-designed system could handle just as well?
Leave manual processes behind with custom AI agent services from Spinen. Built correctly, integrated properly, and managed over time, our AI agents are operational capacity: reliable, consistent, and genuinely useful.
Spinen builds and manages AI agents the same way we build and manage everything else: with clear ownership, defined outcomes, and a commitment to making them perform.
Built on Four Years of Doing It Ourselves
Spinen has been building and operating AI agents internally for nearly four years, establishing the foundation for how we approach every client engagement.
Our ticket enrichment process alone reclaimed the equivalent of nearly half a full-time employee by automating the cleanup and contextualization of incoming requests: work that previously required five minutes of manual effort per request across dozens of tickets every day. The same thinking drives our development workflow agents, our weekly operations digest, and the customer success tooling we use to stay on top of client environments at scale.
We know what works, we know what the prerequisites look like, and we know what happens when a business tries to run before it can walk. That experience is what you are buying when you engage Spinen for AI services.
Where Manual Processes Start to Cost You
Most businesses aren’t aware of what repetitive work is actually costing them. It’s not because the cost is hidden; it’s because it accumulates gradually and gets absorbed into the normal rhythm of the operation. A process that takes five minutes per occurrence doesn’t feel like a problem until you calculate how many times it happens every day, how many people it touches, and what those people could be doing instead.
That’s the conversation Spinen starts with every AI engagement. We look at where your operation is spending time on work that doesn’t require human judgment, and we figure out where an agent could take that weight off your team’s shoulders.
Common pressure points we see:
- Incoming requests or data that require manual review, cleanup, or categorization before anyone can act on them
- Reporting and digest work that pulls a capable person away from more valuable tasks on a predictable schedule
- Processes that depend on institutional knowledge living in one person’s head, which creates both a bottleneck and a risk
- Repetitive quality checks and validations that slow workflows without requiring real analytical thinking
- Customer or client-facing data that could trigger automated follow-up but doesn’t, because connecting those systems requires work no one has gotten to yet
None of these are exotic problems. They exist in nearly every well-run operation. The question is whether you address them deliberately or keep absorbing the cost.

How Spinen Builds Your AI Workforce
What Changes When Your Agents Are Working
Your team spends more of their day on work that requires judgment, relationships, and expertise, and less on work that doesn’t.
Processes that previously depended on the right person having a good day run consistently and accurately.
You have a clearer picture of where automation is delivering ROI and where the next opportunity lives.
Your agent workforce improves over time through regular performance reviews, the same way a well-managed team does.
Operations scale without proportionally scaling the headcount required to run them.
More Time to Be Strategic,
Less Time Correcting Errors
That is what it looks like when your data and processes are actually working for you.

What Spinen AI Services Are Not
There is no shortage of vendors promising AI transformation. Most of them are selling tooling, not outcomes, and the gap between those two things is where most AI projects stall.
Spinen does not sell tools. We design, build, integrate, and manage agents that are built around your specific workflows and your specific data. We are not interested in deploying something impressive-looking that doesn’t move the needle. If your processes aren’t ready for automation, we will tell you that. If your data infrastructure needs work before an agent can be effective, we will tell you that, too, and we will help you figure out what to do about it.
The goal is a measurable return on a defined investment, not a technology project for its own sake.
Who Gets the Most From Spinen AI Services
This service is designed for businesses that:
Have documented processes and accessible data, or are willing to address those gaps as part of the engagement
Want a measurable return on their AI investment, not a proof of concept that never goes anywhere
Prefer a partner who will tell them the truth about readiness rather than sell them something they aren’t prepared to use
Are thinking about AI as operational infrastructure, not a one-time project
Your AI Investment With Spinen
AI Agent Services are priced across three components: the discovery engagement, per-agent build costs, and ongoing per-agent maintenance.
Discovery Engagement
The discovery phase is a standalone engagement. We assess your workflows, your data infrastructure, and your readiness, then deliver a prioritized agent candidate list with weighted scoring and a Phase 2 budget recommendation. You decide whether to proceed from there.
Agent Build Costs
Build costs vary based on agent complexity, required integrations, and the scope of backend work. Budgetary estimates for each candidate agent are delivered at the conclusion of the discovery engagement, so you know what you are committing to before you commit.
Ongoing Maintenance
Each deployed agent is maintained on a per-agent monthly basis, including performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and regular review cycles. If a core platform change in your business requires fundamental rework of an existing agent, that is treated as a new build investment — the same way moving into a new building is a capital expense even if your people are the same.

Spinen’s Approach to AI Reliability and Data Privacy
On reliability: Most AI failures trace back to the same root cause: the agent was not given a clear enough job description, the right data, or the right context to perform well. Spinen’s approach to agent design addresses all three. We define agent roles precisely, feed them from governed data sources, and select models based on the specific demands of the task. Hallucinations and inconsistent outputs are usually a setup problem. We take the setup seriously to mitigate the risk to the extent possible.
On data privacy: Your business data is not used to train public AI models. That is a design default in every Spinen AI engagement, not an optional add-on. If a specific use case creates a reason to revisit that default, we have that conversation with you explicitly before anything changes.
A Real Conversation About What AI Could Do for Your Operation
A conversation with Spinen will tell you whether the timing is right, what the realistic opportunities look like, and what it would take to get there.
